There are multiple interesting stories revolve around professionals who belong to prominent companies for ui design India. Since the user centred design is yet to be embraced by a lot of multinational companies, it takes a huge zeal to explain all the important processes to a person who is at a top level position in any company. 

As user experience professionals, making the heavy headed process oriented leaders is a pretty difficult task. The business world is ruled by the highest paid person and his/ her opinion. In other words, a HiPPO (Highest paid person’s opinion) is a force that drives a corporate business together with years of experience, fighting all the battles alone with determination and is focused to achieve goals. Regrettably, the person who is at such a position often has least interaction with the users and would comparatively have less understanding about the user’s expectations, needs and wants. 

>X designers and all the associated team members have to often go through diverse set of things which are often not considered. It is often a task to speak the corporate language and explain the things from a user experience designer’s perspective. Enough data research with a combination of audit reports mentioning all the usability flaws has to be well handled in advance. At times, when your views regarding usability flaw outnumbers the HiPPO’s views, it might be a battle to let the person understand it from a user’s perspective- waging it with enough data, research and UX design terms. 

How can you make the corporate giants understand what user experience exactly means? 

The best way to make the corporate clients understand how the entire UX process works is by understanding their methodology and presenting them with something that they would understand better. 

1.Real-time data 

One of the best things that can impact a corporate leader’s mind is to present him with relevant data that can have an impact on overall company culture. Even to justify the design decisions, real-time and measurable data can be helpful. In this way, you are providing them with a context which will help them in making decisions. The advantage with data presentation is that it reduces design miscommunication, helps in better understanding of user statistics and the person will be able to see the research that is involved. 

2.Research to back up the data 

Even when you have all the data backed up in the form of an elegant presentation, a corporate leader will not be convinced enough. When this happens, backing your data with enough research can help you in making the person understand what delivering user experience actually means. 

3.Meaningful insights through analysis 

A thoughtful analysis can always help in providing meaningful insights. Gathering your competitor’s data can help in justifying and clarifying your point as to why user experience is necessary. When enough research is done, it cam guide a product in finding its way to success. 

The mindset difference can always create issues in creative thinking and executing it in the same way. The easiest way to handle this is by pulling ideas from the past, strength that the corporate giants possess at the moment and direct them together to utilize your design expertise to please their ideas. 

There is no doubt that to create all these things and implement them might take much your time and energy. But to turn any hot-shot corporate person into a UX believer, providing them with enough data, analysis and a chance to see how user-centric design works will help you in creating a practical product.
