With detailed user interviews and testing in metro and non metro cities (SEC A and B users), along with deft observations,Techved identified the pain points for refinement.
After analysing the data and identifying the trend, Techved converted the pain points into opportunities which can be implemented for an augmented user journey.
Trench wise Usability approach paved way for strong brand positioning a refreshing user experience and an increase in engagement for their mobile app. ‘Testing first and testing often’ helped in preventing recurring development cost.
