A leading fashion fabric brand from Aditya Birla, LIVA, came up with a professional platform named as LAPF (LIVA Accredited Partners Forum). The main idea is to connect the backward chain of yarn manufacturers to forward chain of garment houses and wholesalers in India. Techved was approached by LAPF to audit their website 'LAPF Connect' and suggest necessary changes to augment the user journey and create a fulfilling engagement, both for the buyers and sellers.
Techved performed a thorough affordance testing along with Heuristic Evaluation to help meet content needs with high engagement for a clear cognitive attention.
With the target audience as small town India, Techved understood the ergonomics of the platform and offered solutions for a high customer experience management.
Techved's meticulous study helped LAPF Connect to understand the design flaws in terms of communication, visual appeal and limitations to perform a task. Thus, helping them to take corrective step and understanding consumer behaviour of rural India.
