01 Metro City

The high priority network users in metro cities like Mumbai, Bangalore, Kolkata, etc. were asked to perform tasks and queries were duly noted.
This helped the experts in deriving the exact flaws and understanding the issues that were faced.

nonmetro

02 Non-metro City

As the network users of Vodafone came from every nook and corner, the user profiling was done with those dwelling in non metro cities as well. Different tasks were performed for a better understanding of the problems encountered.

Conducting Session

The experts carried out usability testing for the mobile app in a technologically advanced laboratory that had a provision of recording the entire session. The clients could also monitor the entire UT session through one-way mirrors to avoid any discrepancy. UT helped in understanding their expectations of the users from the app.

Report & Analysis

Most interactive part of the entire process! The usability flaws were noted and the experts came up with necessary suggestions and improvements. The suggestions were welcomed and executed. The execution was done by redesigning various pages of the app. The result was a systematic segregation of recharge and bill payment sections wherein the users could find all the information needed with a single touch.
