A kickoff meeting was held with the Indio team to understand their business requirements and brief from their UX designers to understand the flow of their website

01.They wanted to understand what actually went wrong and check user-friendliness of the re-designed website.

02. It seemed to them that users were dissatisfied with the flow of booking or steps of ordering or pre-booking process, etc.

CONDUCTING TESTING

The aim of conducting this test was to identify user experience issues and provide recommendations. The website was evaluated through heuristic evaluation and usability testing was conducted in a well equipped, state-of art fancy lab in Delhi. Different kinds of profiles were chosen for testing like travellers, travel desk of corporate and Travel Agents. During test it was found that all three profiles had different kind of problems. For example travel agents found it were difficult to do booking for families or group bookings

Users feedback were analysed using affinity diagrams and major concern spotted were lengthy marketing funnels, complex search parameters, complicated checkout processes, multiple forms and massive personalization

REPORT CREATION

Detailed reports covering minute feedback and reviews were captured. Analyses were taken into consideration and Lab Testing videos were viewed by UX experts to give accurate feedback. It not only ended here but special recommendations were shared that can be implemented in short & long run
