Highest traffic for HT being in North, participants from North whose characteristics match those of the target users were called in our fancy usability laboratory to perform typical tasks on HT news portal. Laboratory with multiple cameras and one-way mirrors allowed the facilitator to concentrate and observe users test task


Most exciting and colour process of all. Experts discussing and pasting sticky notes on walls to find relationships between ideas and analyse users behaviour during test to making reports.
