Bounce rate of Godrej Nature's Basket website was very high in the cart process. Conversion of one time customers to repeat customers was also low. Godrej also wanted to enhance the engagement of the users on the websites and shift attention from being only an e-commerce to recipes, events and blogs
A thorough analysis of the user data and target audience was conducted. Based on the common traits, user personas were created to help facilitate the audit.
Scenarios were formulated for various goals that each user persona could have. With the help of these scenarios, multiple user journeys were mapped out for each platform.
UX experts went through the whole journey systematically and problems were recorded for each step.
A basket full of recommendations was provided with the visual design.
