Nevertheless, moving to a company which is very less acquainted about the whole idea of UX design might only mean that you are a part of their team just to attract a lot of customers.
A lot of fellow mates from your workplace may come up to you asking what actually UX design means. UX design is all about enhancing the customer’s experience while using a product in the best possible way. It is all about alluring customers to a website or any digital product, convert lookers to bookers and once they are on the website, make their journey from landing page to the cart as easy and exciting as possible.
The perspective of UX designer and the design cannot be summated in form of a write up as words fall short. To be true, the role and the idea or work method always depends on the project that is being handled. But, what does not change is the intent with which a digital product should deliver User Experience.
